In 2012, Skanska AB, one of the leading construction companies in Scandinavia, which was founded in 1887, decided to terminate its additional activities and concentrate on its main activity – general contracting. Thus, starting from 1st October 2012 company division, which previously provided technical maintenance services, became an independent company – Hooldusmeister OÜ. By this moment, company staff has worked together for 10 years. Within that period company employees have passed numerous trainings and have gained necessary practical skills. Thus, the company has been registered just recently, but it has long-term working experience in the construction field.

Hooldusmeister OÜ provides technical and maintenance services of technical systems in commercial and residential buildings under permanent contracts. Our aim is to eliminate failures, which disturb everyday and commercial activities, by providing high quality service. Additionally, in case of unexpected emergencies, we offer emergency service 24h.
